I owned three narrative concepts for the pitch. The one that won paired the Mogao Caves’ thousand-year timeline with the marque’s own heritage, and carried their design language into the drive itself. Each concept ran past 2,000 words. The pitch won the client — I wrote the concept, not the execution on the ground in China.

Two days in Changchun, 400+ players and sponsor leaders, 20+ staff, 50+ volunteers — and every moving part living in spreadsheets and group chats. I built the event platform: 11 modules behind one entry point, from player and VIP registration to agenda, stadium guide, standings, live photo and video streaming, dinner seating and limo pickup for out-of-town guests. It carried 350+ users through the tournament and replaced the spreadsheets and the group chats.

A holiday weekend: the venue’s own technicians were two hours out. I called a third-party execution partner instead and had a qualified technician on site in under an hour. The control-room storage was full, so it could not read the files. We cleared it, the loop played, and the doors opened on time, with zero delay. Then I sized the runtime the loop actually needed and made loop mode standard setup before every event after it, so it could not fail the same way twice.

I only answer from what is written on this site.
